When you enter The Jaiye Room event or program, you enter an area where photography and video recording may occur. The Jaiye Room reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any The Jaiye Room event, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. The Jaiye Room may use the photograph/video in publications, promotional or other media material produced, used, or contracted by The Jaiye Room, including but not limited to: advertising, books, brochures, invitations, flyers, magazines, newspapers, promotional purposes, social media, telecasts, webcasts, websites, or any other purpose by The Jaiye Room and its affiliates and representatives. You release The Jaiye Room, its officers, and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video, and/or sound recordings.

To ensure the privacy of individuals, images will not be identified using full names without written approval from the photographed subject, parent, or legal guardian.

In addition, by entering the event premises, you waive all rights or claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by The Jaiye Room or any person or entity designated to do so by The Jaiye Room.

Any person or organization not affiliated with The Jaiye Room may not use, copy, alter, or modify The Jaiye Room photographs, graphics, videography, or other similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from The Jaiye Room.

Additionally, by purchasing a ticket, you're agreeing to receive email updates from the event organizers about the event.
